TRACEABILITY OF BIRD NEST
TRACEABILITY atau Penelusuran adalah suatu cara yang sangat penting dalam dunia usaha, khususnya bagi produk sarang burung walet. Apabila ada kasus keluhan ( complain) dari konsumen (end users) terhadap produk yang dihasilkan, dapat dilakukan penarikan produk ( product recall) yang efektif.
Traceability system bagi sarang burung wallet saat ini sangatlah dibutuhkan oleh buyer di mancanegara, terutama China, Australia dll.
Kami, PT. Global Esa Solusi telah menyiap kan Sistem Traceability of bird nest (TOBN) berbasis web-base, sehingga dimana pihak manajemen dari produsen dapat melakukan pengecekan dari mulai bahan masuk dari supplier, proses hingga produk jadi. Serta dengan menggunakan Sistem Penomoran GS1 System yang telah di pakai dan diterima (acceptable) di seluruh dunia.

Sistem ini telah mengadopsi ketentuan dari Balai Karantina Indonesia mengenai penerapan Traceability, dengan menerapkan Nomor Rumah Walet (IKH) dan Nomor rumah Produksi ( NKV). Sehingga kebutuhan penelusuran data dapat secara mudah dilakukan melalui sistem yang kami buat dengan melakukan pencarian (searching) data memalui aplikasi Traceability System yang ada. Data-data yg akan dibutuhkan terkait dengan laporan-laporan dengan mudah diperoleh dari mulai Rumah walet, waktu produksi, tahapan-tahapan proses ( processing), dan melalui kode produksi ( roduction date/ batch number) yang ada.
